1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services through the evhod.com online shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

The shop is operated by evhod.com, a digital agency providing design, development, branding, and digital marketing services. All services are offered to business clients, including small businesses and startups.

2. Services Offered

The following services are available through the online shop:

The following services are delivered exclusively online (via email or file transfer):

• CMS & Plugin Installation
• Custom Theme Design
• Logo Design

• Theme Installation
• Version Hider Plugin

2.2 Services with Physical Delivery

The following services include a physical deliverable that will be shipped to the client’s address:

• Garment Branding Prototype
• Identity Branding Prototype

Delivery terms, timelines, and shipping costs for physical products will be communicated at the time of order. Delivery is available within Bulgaria. For international delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, select the desired service in the shop and proceed to checkout. All orders require the following:

• A valid account or contact information
• Completion of the online payment
• Submission of all required client-specific data (see Section 5)

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from us.

4. Payment

All payments are processed online via credit or debit card through Revolut Pay. We accept major card types supported by Revolut.

• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering.
• No work on any service will begin until payment is confirmed.
• We do not store card details. All payment data is handled securely by Revolut.

5. Client-Specific Data Requirements

Every service we offer requires client-specific input in order to be produced. Work cannot begin until all required information has been received.

Depending on the service ordered, required data may include (but is not limited to):

• Login credentials for hosting, CMS, or third-party platforms (for installation services)
• Brand assets such as logos, fonts, and color codes (for design services)
• Business name, domain, and contact details (for profile and identity services)
• Ad account access, pixel IDs, and campaign briefs (for advertising services)
• Website URL and access credentials (for SEO audits)
• Garment style preferences and sizing information (for prototype services)

You will receive a data request form or direct communication from our team after your order is confirmed. The execution timeline (see Section 6) begins only once all required data has been received in full.

evhod.com treats all client credentials and sensitive data with strict confidentiality and will not share them with third parties.

6. Execution Timeline

Each service has a minimum execution time of 7 working days from the date on which all required client-specific data has been received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bulgarian public holidays. Complex or custom orders may require additional time, in which case we will notify you in advance.

Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of client data will not be counted against our delivery timeline.

7. Delivery of Services
7.1 Digital Delivery

Digitally delivered services (listed in Section 2.1) are provided via email or a secure file sharing link. You will be notified once your deliverable is ready.

7.2 Physical Delivery

Physical prototypes (listed in Section 2.2) will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the client. A tracking number will be provided where available.

evhod.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing for international shipments.

8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation and full refund within 3 working days of placing your order, provided that work on the service has not yet begun.

If production has already started within that window (for example, because client data was submitted promptly), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, reflecting the work completed to date.

8.2 Return of Physical Prototypes

For Garment Branding Prototypes and Identity Branding Prototypes, physical returns must be requested within 3 working days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, at the client’s shipping cost. Refunds for returned physical items will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.

8.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• The 3 working day cancellation window has passed
• The service has been fully delivered and accepted
• The delay or issue was caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client data
• The client has already used, published, or deployed the delivered work

8.4 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at the email address listed on evhod.com, stating your order number and reason. We will respond within 2 working days.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, all creative work produced specifically for the client (logos, designs, brand assets, etc.) becomes the property of the client.

evhod.com retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the start of the project.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, or software used in the production of your deliverable remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Limitation of Liability

evhod.com provides services on a professional best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

• Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our deliverables
• Delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or courier services
• Issues arising from client-provided data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or in breach of third-party rights

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal and business data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g., payment processing via Revolut).

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on evhod.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

evhod.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately for new orders. Existing orders will be governed by the terms in place at the time of purchase.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from orders placed through the evhod.com shop shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
